3) Hosting & Content Delivery Network
Shopify
We use the system of the following provider for hosting our website and displaying content:

Data is also transmitted to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada.
All data collected on our website is processed on the servers of the provider. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
An adequate level of data protection is guaranteed for data transfers to Canada by a European Commission adequacy decision.

5.1 WhatsApp Business
We offer visitors the opportunity to contact us via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). We use the business version of WhatsApp.
If you contact us for a specific business purpose (e.g., an order), we will store and use your WhatsApp number and, if provided, your first and last name under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We may ask you for further information (e.g., order number, email) to assign your request.
For general inquiries, your contact data is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in efficiently responding to your inquiry.
Your data will only be used for responding via WhatsApp. No data will be passed to third parties.
Note: WhatsApp Business accesses the address book of our device, which may transfer stored contacts to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. We only store WhatsApp contact data of users who contacted us.
Each user has consented to this transfer upon accepting WhatsApp’s terms (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Users who do not use WhatsApp or haven't contacted us via WhatsApp are excluded from this data transfer.

Data may be transferred to Meta’s servers in the USA. Meta is part of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring compliance with EU data protection standards.
5.2 Contact Form / Email
When contacting us (e.g., via form or email), personal data is collected. The form indicates what data is collected. This data is used solely to respond to your request and for related technical administration.
Legal basis:

- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if contact aims at a contract.

6) Use of Customer Data for Direct Advertising
Shopify Email
Our newsletters are sent via Shopify International Limited, Dublin, Ireland.
Data may also be transferred to Shopify Inc., Ottawa, Canada.
Based on our legitimate interest in user-friendly newsletter marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), we forward your email to Shopify for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

Tag Manager itself does not analyze data or store information on user devices but may transmit your IP address to Google. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA.

8) Site Functionalities
Google Maps
This site uses Google Maps API (Google Ireland Ltd.) to visually present our location and make navigation easier.
